Our Services
- Installation - Install system
cabinet, modules, voicemail, telephones, software, music on hold,
etc. Cross-connect wiring and test all jacks. New wiring can be installed
as needed.
- Moves & Changes - Move your existing system within the same building or to another building. Add new extensions, program system features, or change voicemail greeting.
- Training -
Administrators, and end users are provided training on all new installs:
- Administrators are trained on system operations, system features, and system programming.
- End users are trained on system operations and system features.
- We also offer a refresher course for existing staff members.
- Repairs - Repairs of equipment,
trouble shooting and replacing parts are billed on a time and material
basis for non-maintenance customers. Parts are warrantied for 1 year,
and labor carries a 30 day warranty. There is no charge for customers
with service agreements.
- Maintenance Agreements - We service and maintain your communication system during normal business hours, 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We also offer a discounted rate on all moves & changes. Response time on code 4 (unable to make or receive calls) is 3 hours; on code 2 (minor problems) is next day. Our Maintenance covers the:
- Cabinet
- Telephones
- Modules
- Software
- Programming
- Etc. items listed on service agreement
- If requested, we can provide 7 days/24 hour coverage!
- Rates -
- Time & Material: $75.00/hr. - minimum 2/hrs.
- Labor: $75.00/hr.
- Off Hours (Holidays): $90.00/hr.
